Thoroughly enjoyed Val Thorens, the hotel was great right by the ski lift. "I asked for a king room and it was warm. - "the staff were all very helpful and amicable. - "This venue was set in a central area so close to Val Thorens as well as the ski slope. I really liked my stay at Hotel Club Mmv Les Arolles in Val Thorens. the location was fantastic, right by the ski lift, which made hitting the slopes super convenient. My room was cozy and warm, just what I needed after a day of skiing. the staff were so friendly and always ready to help with anything. Being centrally located was a big plus, making it easy to explore Val Thorens and access the ski slope quickly. I even enjoyed dining at La Ferme de Rosalie, just a short 10-15 minute walk away.

Everything was perfect, good location short walk to the slopes, the school dinners hall / restaurant and the mountain, attentive staff. A michelin-starred restaurant was an advantage. The public parking was outside, good service. Moreover, we had stable internet. This place was exactly what we had in mind, do recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The location was amazing, just at a ski lift stop, right next to the gondola, and we could easily ski down to the main slope. The staff provided excellent service and were always available to assist us. The room was cozy and had a lovely warm atmosphere, with the added bonus of a beautiful view overlooking the slope. We also appreciated the variety and abundance of food offered, especially the delicious cheese board at the buffet. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel was located right next to a ski slope and one of the lifts. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free wine offered during dinner and the lunch packages we could order for the slopes.

The food was terrible, the options were limited and not tasty at all. The staff was not friendly, and we had to pay extra for drinks even though we had full board. The room was way too small for a romantic escape, and we were disappointed by the poor water flow in the shower. the hotel did not live up to our expectations and we would not recommend it.

This lovely hotel offers a fantastic location right next to the gondola, where guests can easily ski to the slopes. the food offered in the restaurant comes with an impressive variety of dishes, including Michelin Star options! the rooms were small but had everything we needed, like a hair dryer, soap in the bathroom, and a security safe. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection of food. the ski locker system was efficient and secure, giving us peace of mind.

Some staff members appeared unprofessional, wearing dishevelled clothing, which detracted from the 4 rating of the hotel.

Breakfast service ended quite early, no food available after 9:15 am. Wristbands had to be worn throughout the stay to access the restaurant, which was inconvenient.
